Job Available as an Administrative assistant / Project coordinator
We are a firm that specializes in Lighting solutions throughout New York and New Jersey. We are based in Staten Island NY.
Admin Assistant will include the following responsibilities: answering phone calls; scheduling appointments, data entry, working directly with the office manager and assisting him with various tasks. Some billing entry may be required. Knowledge of Excel & Quick-books is necessary. Pay will be based on experience and capabilities which will be discussed in detail during interview.
