Company posting Administrative Assistant job in New York City, NY New York, USA We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work full time from our NY office.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. A competent professional with rich experience in General Administration, Documentation, carry out and execute paper work and store the records

2. Experience in formulating and implementing strategic feasible solutions towards all gamut of administration / facilities management & Hospitality functions thus creating efficiency and saving cost.

3.Proficient in budgeting & planning the funds for Administration, facilities and procurement.

4.A skilled communicator with excellent man management, relationship management, interpersonal and analytical skills. Flair for interacting with people.

5.Overseeing general administration and ensuring business continuity from a office support perspective and submit the records to CEO for a review

6.Identifying, negotiating & finalizing the discussions between the management and vendors and supervising daily up keep of facilities by supervising the work carried out by outsourced agencies.

Days: 5 days/week

Time: 9am to 6pm
