This is an entry level position ideal for candidates looking to gain FITD experience in office work. Candidates will also need to have a great deal of attention to detail and a sharp memory. Moderate to advanced use of Microsoft Office programs, basic computer skills and internet savvy is required. You need to be a team player and be able manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate who will succeed in this position is one who is highly motivated and organized and is able to work with minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities include : - Checking in office visitors - Verifying paperwork - Front Desk/Reception work - Answering phones -Handling heavy volume of inbound and outbound calls -Social media content oversight Requirements include : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills - Responsible, dependable and self-motivated - Must be available for occasional travel (paid travel expense) - Comfortable with self-management - Experience in call center, retail or hospitality preferred -Must live within commuting distance of our offfices in Austin You will be rewarded with competitive pay, travel perks and bonuses.
