Job description and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Principal Designer and Director of Design. Creates, manages, and maintains internal schedules and filing systems. Arrange all Itinerary schedules when Traveling

• Contract development for Principal Designer.

• Provides responsive and courteous administrative support to Principal, Design Director.

• Coordination with payroll services for bi - weekly payroll

• Maintains inventory and ordering of office and pantry supplies on an ongoing basis.

• Ensures a professional and tidy presentation of the showroom and office space on a daily basis.

• Creates positive first impressions when answering phones or greeting our guests and provides exceptional white glove service during guest visits

• Handling phones/mail, managing general correspondence and routine client requests,
• Handle / coordinate all IT issues for in office issues with IT team.

• Enter all New client into Data Base, Outlook, Studio Design and set up new project Folder on Share sync.

• Posting ads, recruiting and scheduling all New employee opportunities.

By approval of Executive Team some lite support in assisting Design Team in project organization might be required.
