Geller Family Office Services LLC is a privately-owned, wealth management and advisory boutique serving affluent individuals and families. Our suite of services includes investment management and planning, estate preservation and multigenerational planning, CFO services for the family enterprise and tax management.

Family Office Senior Project Manager CFO Services

The Family Office CFO manages all aspects of building, maintaining, and managing client relationships, acting as our clients' personal CFO. This includes working closely with the senior level client representatives to formulate strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance client service delivery and manage account productivity, being responsible for regular client communication and managing all aspects of the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, including financial plans and statements, investment reports, taxes, etc.

The Family Office CFO leads a team responsible for the management of assigned client relationships. These may include personal trusts, estate, and charitable foundations.

You will take ownership of:

* Developing and leading implementation of the standardization of best practices concerning all CFO Services activities (i.e., controls, reporting, systems, operations)

* Providing thought leadership; leading highly visible multidisciplinary project teams, initiatives, processes and managing vendors

* Ensuring that sophisticated business and financial practices, as well as strong and well-maintained management and control systems are in place

* Driving quality control across all activities, ensuring consistent delivery and service level across clients

* Creating and implementing policies of procedures

* Delivering client-focused solutions with end results focused on achieving objectives and operational excellence

* Delivering solutions to drive efficiencies throughout multiple internal groups

* Serving as liaison between the department and IT for all technology needs

* Working with Compliance to create policies and procedures as well as ensure that proper protocols are implemented and followed

* Implementing measures to provide cost savings

* Defining and building project, including timeline, resources, approvals and governance

* Creating effective working relationships with all stakeholders

* Identifying risks on outstanding projects and generating status reports for senior management

* Enhancing management reporting for all entities to include executive summaries supported by detailed analytical reporting; establishing a process of improvement and innovation around reporting, standardizing reports across all entities using Microsoft Dynamics

* Reviewing monthly reporting and break out investments and cash management

* Working with Tax, Treasury and Philanthropy departments to develop forecasts

* Leading processes and flow of information from company through to philanthropy

We expect you to have:

* 10+ years of related experience working in the financial services industry

* A proven track record with change management efforts

* Recognition as a successful leader/manager, collaborative and team-oriented, who is self-motivated and can take charge, build consensus and affect change; must impart credibility, trust, enthusiasm, integrity, and ethics; relate well to individuals at all levels in a high energy, dynamic environment. Ability to build, nurture, and preserve relationships, even under difficult circumstances

* Proven leadership skills and process-orientation in a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic environment with ultimate accountability for all client service delivery

* Exceptional track record of problem solving, planning and executing client strategies in a dynamic environment

* Cogent communication and interpersonal skills, and extraordinary strategic thinking capabilities

* Critical thinking skills as demonstrated by successful implementation of \"out of the box\" programs in an environment of constant improvement and automation

* Analytical, strategic, and tactical vision with an ability to have a comprehensive understanding of the implications of plans and strategies

* Ability to creatively design and implement systems and procedures that fit the client's needs

* Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do the work, while demonstrating leadership and motivational skills

* Experience with state-of-the-art technology, including financial, accounting and management information systems

* Experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury or working with those groups to affect change management

* Excellent written, communication and organizational skills

* MBA

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel

We'd love to see:

* Notable experience working in a Family Office/Wealth Management industry, with strong preference for a combination of Multi-Family or Single Family Office experience supporting clients with net worth in excess of $100M

* PMP Certification

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office - MS Project software
