DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a focused, high-energy Part-time Human Resources Generalist. The position calls for an organized person to maintain records, craft corporate documentation as well as be the first point of contact for all Human Resource needs and issues. You will facilitate a variety of HR meetings to foster employee engagement as well as have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of business goals and needs to support the resolution of organizational challenges.

Responsibilities:
· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
· On-board and train new employees
· Implement company culture, values and policies
· Provide management with requested reports and documents
· Process compensation and benefits
· Update employee manual as needed
· Accurately maintain employee files
· Contribute to the completion of project proposals and research tasks
· Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
· Multiple Job sites
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
· Knowledge of labor and employment laws
· Ability to gain trust, credibility, and build rapport with all employees
· Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in computer software
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in Human Resources field
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred

4-year degree
