Feinstein’s/54 Below is seeking a Manager of Guest Relations/Administrative Manager to join the team. This is a position that is crucial to the success of the club. It is multifaceted and requires a true “jack of all trades” with the ability to handle many projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Experience within this field is necessary.

Feinstein’s/54 Below, Broadway’s Supper Club, which has reinvented the New York/Broadway cabaret world since it opened five years ago now seeks an experienced, committed, highly motivated professional as the Manager of Guest Relations/Administrative Assistant.

At least two year’s experience in an upper management position in a high volume customer service position and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast moving and demanding environment required. Applicants should be committed to excellence and to providing a world class guest service in a supper club that is at once breathtakingly beautiful, warm and welcoming.

Responsibilities: Manage Guest Relations Department/Box Office staff and ensure that daily responsibilities are completed efficiently and correctly.
Answer phones for general inquiries and ticket orders, direct calls and questions to proper departments.
Manage club American Express card and track receipts during daytime hours
Oversee ticket sales, handle exchanges and refunds when necessary
Resolve conflicts and complaints for guests in regards to ticketing and experience
Process and mail out gift cards purchased online.
Manage all Guest Relations related email accounts.
Order office supplies for club using company Staples Advantage account.
Accept and sign for deliveries and work done during daytime hours.
Complete administrative tasks for Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef.
Serve as Club 54 Concierge, oversee and answer questions about membership program, create and send out membership packets.
Complete and send out daily schedule report and Guest Lists.
Facilitate communication between company and guests regarding cancellations, rescheduled shows/events, time changes etc.
Receive, input,and track trade account orders with outside companies.
Complete weekly payroll for kitchen staff, servers, and front of house staff, process requests for Sick Pay and Paid Time Off.
Review and reply to guest feedback comments collected after each show.

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of Box Office and/or high level administrative experience
Strong understanding of Google Docs including Google Sheets
Comfort using and problem solving with office equipment/supplies ie printers, copy machines, flash drives, monitors etc.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, chaotic environment.
Experience as well as discretion and professionalism when interacting with high profile clientele.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to deal with high maintenance clientele.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Broadway performers and shows.
Ability to work independently for the majority of a work day.

Other Details:

This is a full time position. Must be available to work normal daytime business hours plus occasional weekend, evening, and holiday hours.
Pay to commensurate with experience.
