Defendant Brown, Michael was made aware of this whole being interviewed for a front page Lowell sun story where it was learned the new Registrant was looking for $15,000 for the retransfer of Tyngsborough.com (note Plaintiff never authorized forfeiture of this Network Solutions domain name registration. Now there exists documented court evidence of Consumer Confusion with regards to the new website that is up and running from the person in Australia this person is making money from this website. These represent damages.

Every one percent represents $567 per month for the keyword search query Tyngsborough as exhibited in Court documents.

The files for CBNO Dracut.com (CIS) were deleted the website has been destroyed, a total loss has occured and damages accrue consistently nonstop 24 hours a day. The site needs to be rebuilt which cost $45,000 est. (Court exhibit). Integral parts of CBNO have been drained as a result of the breach causing a cascading e/affect of damages suffered by including but NOT limited to the Plaintiff('s) & Public (court documented public harm).
