Responsibilities: The SAP Strategy Management [SSM] consultant will report to ERP staff and will primarily support the strategy planning and performance management requirements under the Budget Formulation and Planning Solution project.As part of Budget Formulation Team, and under the supervision of ERP staff, the SSM consultant will be responsible for the following duties: Supports the design, development and maintenance of the Strategy Planning and Performance Management in SAP SSM. Provides guidance in respect to underlying data modelling requirements in BW and implementation of new interfaces. Effectively analyses and supports the design of the SSM solution in respect of blueprinting, testing, enhancements and management of the applications interfaces. Supports the Budget Formulation Team in technical considerations for functional specifications and in the development of Functional Acceptance Testing Models. Prepares technical and user documentation for SSM; prepares training materials and detailed technical presentations. Supports the Security Team in the security design for SSM, informing of limitations and best practices. Keeps abreast of developments in the field and determines the need for testing and evaluating new products and technologies; provides leadership on introducing technological changes; prepares various technical reports.As an SSM expert, the consultant should be able to perform the following functions:. Develop the Application Server model and create the measures for the KPIs.. Administer the application and Set application as well as the system defaults.. Create a library of perspectives and objectives which can be used in any context.. Create a model connection and then create a context and assign a model connection and roles to the context.. Set scorecard defaults.. Add the perspectives, objectives, KPIs, and index KPIs to the context.. Define the perspectives, objectives, and KPIs within the context.. Set strategy defaults, create and publish goal diagrams.. Access the application to create initiatives, and review the scorecard and strategy.. Setup monitoring of actual to target performance in scorecards.. Create Dashboards, Briefing books and Reports.Experience and skills: A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of a Strategy Planning and Performance Management solution, with at least 2 full life cycles of SAP SSM implementation.Specific SAP-SSM technical experience:Knowledge of architecture and best practices for SAP SSM, including the configuration of the below functionalities:o Strategic Planningo Scorecard Managemento Organization Hierarchy alignmento KPIso BenchmarkingExperience with the following SAP technology, applications and tools are also necessary: o ECC for Public Sector (specifically FI-CO, FM and GM desired)o BW on Hanao SRM Portalo PPM [Portfolio and Project Management]o BPCo SAP Business Process Integration (end to end)o SAP NetWeaver Business Process Management (BPM) integration scenarios (SSM & PPM & BPC).Ability to develop, review and document technical-functional specifications for data models, data reports, queries and other PI and ABAP related developments.TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 30 years.
