**The Role**
This position provides servicing and placement support for a variety of construction clients. Duties include working within a team to assist in the placement of insurance programs, responding to and assisting with client inquiries, preparing client reports and administrative functions associated with servicing clients. This position supports client advocate and client director as a part of an account team and works directly with clients and insurers.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Assisting Client Director in the servicing of clients & management of day-to-day service tasks
+ Working closely with Client Director to secure information from the client and assist in the renewal and new business programs
+ Assisting with resolving client, carrier and/or vendor accounting issues, including collections, discrepancies, fee arrangements, billing contracts, coordination of certificate request issues, policy checking & vendor commission tracking
+ Maintaining certificate and auto identification information for document issuance
+ Review and deliver policies within compliance time-frame
+ Initiate endorsement requests and follow up for accurate and timely issuance
+ Initiate the renewal process for existing clients and participate in the placement of insurance programs
+ Establish and maintain accurate policy detail in Willis system.
+ Handle and process endorsement requests including issuance of binders
+ Check and bill assigned policies, audits, endorsements for compliance with binders and specifications
+ Issue schedules of insurance and auto ID cards.
+ Other duties as may be assigned
+ Bachelor s Degree
+ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
+ Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
+ Interpersonal skills, including relationship-building skills with clients and co-workers
+ Ability to work independently and self-motivated
