As a Customer Experience Measurement Consultant, which involves 100% field-based travel, you will use your expertise to lead quality-assurance examinations for brand assurance programs. You will be our clients eyes and ears, offering them information and feedback on their customers experience. Able to lead discussions with clients on business priorities, you will work closely with them to learn about their business, uncover their needs and help execute a program that helps deliver a more engaging, memorable customer experience. Learn more about the team at Deloitte.QualificationsRequired: BA/BS degree in Hospitality or related fields Internship or minimum one year hospitality, tourism, retail or other customer service experience Proficiency with all current word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools Experience working independently on multiple projects, while adhering to strict deadlines Excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to develop and present examination results in a friendly, empathetic and helpful manner Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients business models and needs Must be prepared to travel extensively throughout any region or country required by the client (100%, 52 weeks per year) Ability to obtain valid driver's license Must reside in close proximity to a major international airport (< 50 Miles)Preferred Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2) How you ll growAt Deloitte, we believe in professional development and helping our people grow.
