Looking for a Manager candidate with experience in the food and beverage industry. Must have Food Protection Certificate for NYC. This exclusive location is the first of its kind, a 16 Handles Frozen Yogurt store (16Handles.com) that will introduce Mochidoki Japanese ice cream (mochidoki.com). This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a special collaboration between two extremely exclusive dessert companies. Since this is a brand-new format, I will be looking for creativity, and new ideas in respect to all facets of the business. This Individual will need to possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to care for the store as if it was their own. The manager will be expected to lead by example, and be able to hold the employees accountable to their responsibilities. Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt are one of those feel good items that we all treat ourselves to, and I want an individual who brings that same \"feel good\" attitude to work every day to create a great work environment and customer experience.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Steps of Service:
Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to store team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of 16 Handles. Demonstrates a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set an example for the store team.
Drives the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and
instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives.
Provides coaching and direction to the store team to take action and to achieve operational goals.
Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to
the store team to achieve operational goals.
Summary of Experience:
High school or GED
Three years of progressively responsible retail experience, including one year of supervisory experience
Experience analyzing financial reports, profit & loss statements, COGS and Labor targets
College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
