Reporting directly to the CSO, the Strategy Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one:on:one working relationship as well as to the strategy department. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Strategy Department. For this role, you will need to both offer administrative support and track team deliverables to ensure successful project launches. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast:paced environment and is seeking long:term employment.We are looking for you if you are an experienced and professional executive assistant who is excited by the idea of supporting a dynamic department and is: Proficient and efficientWilling to do the behind:the scene things that make an executive successfulAn independent thinker and problem solverAble to manage multiple priorities at onceTeam player: energetic, enthusiastic and personable A direct and effective communicatorDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative SupportCompletes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CSO,SVP of Strategy and SVP of Development including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel:related meetings.Provide high level, tailored administrative support to both Unit Development and Business Development team. Project Support Maintain and support external relationships with health systems, payers and third: party vendors.Assist in managing communications and updates across departments and teams.Act as a liaison between Strategy and Finance when managing invoices for third party vendors, managing budgets and reconciliation.Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CSO, some of which may have organizational impact.Create and edit presentations, forms, documents and spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.Track and manage team deliverables to ensure team is aligned and on track with project execution.Maintain and track construction budgets for new site openings.
