Job Description We are a reputable and leading NYC respiratory services provider that offers an expanding line of products and services related to respiratory therapy, sleep disorders and related Home-care equipment. We provide our services to a special clientele that in many cases include the very sick and the very elderly. We have an outstanding reputation for being attentive and responsive to our referral sources and our client base. We currently have an opening for a reliable, caring individual in our customer service department. The primary functions of this role include: Coordinating the filling of orders with physicians and hospital case managers, Compiling necessary completed order paperwork, Scheduling patient visits and supply refills. Answering level 1 equipment related inquiries, Communicating with outside reps to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Consistent follow-up with Patients on their success with their Sleep Therapy. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities: Excellent communication skills, Natural people and phone skills, A very patient nature, Acute attention to detail, experience in customer service and problem resolution and one who is polite and would enjoy working with the elderly. Office experience in the medical field preferred and an education requirement of a minimum of an associates degree, technical degree or at least 3 years of office customer service experience.
