POSITION: Archivist/Junior Producer

Position Overview:

Under the oversight of the agents and producer, the Archivist/Junior Producer will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinate with the talent and clients to obtain digital files, prints, and digital/physical tear sheets (scan and retouch files, as necessary).
- Organize and maintain digital and physical image archive for all artists.
- Work with agents to regularly update and edit physical and online portfolios.
- Assist agents with client research and contact organization.
- Prepare portfolios and iPads for reviews and meetings.
- Assist in-house producer with a number of tasks, including, but not limited to, booking talent, crew, studios and catering, creating call sheets, scheduling messengers, creating estimates, and invoicing.
- Assist with administrative tasks, as needed.
- Promote news about the agency and the artists through company blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Design and write periodic newsletters and manage contact database.
- Design promotional materials for printing.
- Manage the company website and act as liaison to Lookbooks account manager.
- Lead the company internship program by hiring and managing the interns.

- Strong knowledge of Photoshop; working ability with InDesign and Illustrator
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong experience and desire for blog writing and social media
- Working ability to code (HTML and CSS) a plus
- Strongly passionate about the photography/fashion industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Desire to work in a small office environment and with a collaborative “team” attitude
- High ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently against very tight deadlines
- Proficient on Mac and PC platforms
- Related experience of 1-2 years required
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, communications, or related fields preferred
