You will be passionate and inspiring, and assist sales associates with closing sales, improving customer service, and communicating product knowledge.RESPONSIBILITIES:Enforce sales goal attainment and provide coaching/feedback on the spot to increase overall level of customer service and sales within departmentAct as a leader on the floor by working with associates.
