About this role
This role will work across the broader digital team to design and articulate the broader digital engagement team s strategy and build the future vision of digital engagement at Verizon Fios. This role will take ownership of all strategy materials and create presentations to effectively communicate strategy to align to the audience. This role will research best practices in digital engagement and identify gaps in Verizon s experience and actionable recommendations. This role will interact with business planning and ops team to facilitate broader digital needs and create executive materials.
Position Responsibilities
+ Work with director and senior manager to create digital engagement team s strategy. This includes developing new ideas for the 5 year strategic vision.
+ Create all digital engagement strategic presentations. Modify/create materials to properly align to the audience.
+ Research best practices for digital engagement and perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in Verizon s experience.
+ Work with design team to create mockups for potential solutions for identified gaps.
+ Research and present latest digital trends with suggestions on how to incorporate into Verizon s solutions.
+ Develop process to understand digital engagement roadmap and work with senior managers to identify key projects to communicate group s highlights and key launches.
+ Partner with Analytics team to communicate engagement KPIs, value of digital behavior and opportunities.
+ Work with senior managers to ensure adoption of team s strategy.
+ Manage team facilitation by maintaining team governance for Operation Reviews, Staff meetings, and other key meetings.
What we re looking for...
You'll need to have:
+ Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.
+ Digital Strategy experience.
Even better if you have:
+ A degree.
+ Advanced PowerPoint skills.
+ Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.
+ Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
+ Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently.
+ Strategic and analytical thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations.
+ Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to new systems and processes.
+ Proven creative problem solver with ability to work effectively in a hyper-changing environment.
+ Advanced Google Slides skills.
+ Experience with journey mapping tools.
