Member of the Payroll team is responsible to ensure that employee bi weekly payrolls are processed timely and accurately. This individual reconciles and corrects discrepancies while processing and works in conjunction with Human Resources to track all new hire, change, termination, and benefit related transactions.Key responsibilities: Reviews payroll documentation to ADP PayForce for accuracy and communicates with Human Resources to ensure the integrity of the payroll data as it relates to the paperworkEnter, audit, and maintain over 900 employee commission records in commission toolAudit and execute time and attendance data using KronosEnter and audit all employee earnings, including retro salary changes, adjustments, commission, and bonuses in ADP PayForceSet up all employee benefit deductions as needed directly in ADP PayForceProcess, request, and mail out all manual/out-of-cycle checks as requiredReconcile and audit bi-weekly payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reportsCommunicate and reconcile garnishment orders received with ADPUnderstand proper taxation as it relates to locality and benefitsResearches and resolves questions from managers and employeesRun audit reports and post-payroll reports, using ADP Reporting and PayForce queryEnsures accurate and timely accounting, record keeping and management of payroll related data: performs audits and reconciliations of payroll informationWork with Finance on month end closingAssumes additional duties as requiredRequired qualifications:Minimum Education: BS or BA Degree in business administration such as management, finance or accounting2 – 3 years of experience processing multi-state payrollWorking knowledge of federal and state payroll regulationsProficiency with ADP software (ADP PayForce, WorkForce Now, Vantage, Enterprise)Canadian payroll experience a plusKnowledge of SAP HR a plusIntermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to multitask high volume and work under deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizedAbility to deal sensitively with confidential materialAbility to work in a team oriented environmentExcellent customer service skills HUGO BOSS offers its employees exceptional working conditions in an international environment.
