The Operations Coordinator role is highly self-motivated, energetic, and assertive. Flexibility, great multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, priority setting, and interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders is part of the day-to-day. Support the sales, delivery and finance teams throughout a project lifecycle for a portfolio of software development projects. Understand sales pipelines to help forecast out the needs and financial impacts for the business of upcoming projects.Draft, coordinate and deliver to client stakeholders both RFPs and contracts that document agreed upon business opportunities, reporting on status and next steps to all levels of the company. Be able to interact with executive level stakeholders to meet deadlines.Coordinate the subcontractor process for projects in your portfolio, including creating contracts, validating work efforts and providing approvals for payment.Set-up and maintain projects in Infusion’s internal operations system to allow for reporting to take place at all levels of the company. Review and understand changes to projects initiated by project managers during the delivery life-cycle, working with them to update projects and be able to communicate the impacts of changes to both delivery and senior operations team members.Provide accurate financial reporting on your portfolio of projects to the senior operations and finance teams weekly and monthly, driving the client invoicing and financial recognition processes for your portfolio and region. Ad hoc reporting for teams being supported, including Delivery, Sales, and external clients.Work and coordinate with other Operations Coordinators in your region and throughout the company to maintain projects that affect multiple groups.There is the potential to run a sub-set of simplified projects in your portfolio as a project coordinator, approving time and expenses, updating ongoing project forecasts, maintaining sales involvement for contract extensions and future business planning, and reporting on financial status to clients. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a corporate environmentMust have experience with Microsoft Excel (functions, data analysis)Detailed oriented, self-motivated and highly organized.Excellent written & oral communication skills with a strong ability and high comfort level for communication with Executives and Clients.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.Should be a responsible, proactive, energetic, committed, and dedicated professional with good customer-relations, organizational and communication skills.Experience with business contracts, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are an asset.Experience working in operations at a software development organization or consultancy is a plus. .
