NYC based event staffing company is hiring for this concierge role for various events and trade shows in the NY Area.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

•Welcoming guests arriving to and/or departing av event.
•Checking guests either on hard copy guests lists or tech based registration systems.
•Ensuring guests are directed to specific areas while answering questions and providing directions to different areas of said event.
•Distribution of gift bags and other items.
•Other tasks of this nature TBD.


•Must possess a sincere dedication to guest satisfaction and customer service.
•Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
•Must be a high energy and self motivated individual.
•Excellent oral communication skills (English – other languages a plus.)
•Clean and polished appearance.
•At least 1 year of experience in sales, brand promotion or hospitality.
