THE APARTMENT:
The building is on a tree-lined street in the heart of Greenwich Village, footsteps away from Washington Square Park. Corner of Thompson and Bleecker. Once you move to this part of town, you don't leave. There are two other roommates & they're: respectful, active, and very easy to get along with. Apartment is INCREDIBLY clean, comfortable, and well decorated (e.g. hanging plants, artwork, candles etc.).

We also get amazing sunlight (especially the bathroom, it's glorious). Bathroom has tub, shower (great heat/water pressure), and plenty of cabinet space. Full kitchen -- appliances are cleaned frequently and work great. Landlord is great. Super is SO friendly and reliable. Rent is $1367 (+internet & electric). Heat comes w/ the building. Packages either get delivered to door or kept safe in the foyer. As far as I know, no one's ever had a package stolen (I've personally ordered from Amazon ~50 times and never had an issue). Other building tenants all seem like warm, lovely people.

THE ROOM:
In a word, cozy. I've fit a full bed/frame, desk, and chair and have been living here VERY comfortably for the last year. Lots of sunlight. Full closet w/ shelves. Room is unfurnished.

YOU:
As you can imagine, this place won't be available for long - so we're going to be selective when it comes to the final decision.

Email if you have questions. No pets & serious inquires only. Fills ASAP Until 3/31/18
