First floor in an elevator building with in-building laundry. The building is located on the Central Park North block directly across the street from Central Park, the boathouse, and the bike/run/walk trail. The building is less than a quarter block from the 2/3-express trains (red-line, can pick up the 1-train one stop down) and three avenues to the B/C-trains (blue, orange-lines) or the 6-train (green-line).

The building is well-connected to Columbia University (walking distance), New York University, Fordham University, and Hunter College. Times-Square-42nd Street is three stops, 7-10 minutes away on the 2/3-express train; Penn Station is the following stop. Grand Central Station is 10-15 minutes away on the 6-train.

All within a one-block radius is a Dunkin' Donuts, a small organic supermarket, a large general supermarket, liquor store, boutique coffee shop, Subway sandwich shop, laundromat, and several quick-service and sit-down eateries, among much more. The block is very safe and, for the most part, very quiet. There is a large number of students and young professionals that live in the immediate area, as well as established professionals and families.
