The Fios Digital Innovation team is looking for a Conversational Bot Strategist to help lead the creation of world-class digital solutions. You will be joining a growing product team that aims to act on pivotal ideas and create scalable solutions.

As a bot Strategist, you will be working in collaboration with the Development and Creative teams, to produce beautiful and intuitive solutions. You will be instrumental in creating and communicating the overall bot strategy to stakeholders at all levels within Verizon. In this role, you will also be responsible for constant copy enhancements along with iterating and improving the overall design of these experiences.


  • Conceptualize interfaces, visualize digital experiences or applications, and understand how each touch point is connected to the full user experience.

  • Build out conversational U.I through copywriting, user flows and user stories.

  • Build and manage large dialog trees and work with engineering team to provide perspective on the overall execution.

  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand their concepts, assets and components, the strategy, the user flow, navigation and user experience, and design high-level interaction.

  • Represent the UX discipline in discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to understand dynamic business needs and connect those needs to a robust, future-proof bot strategy.


  • Proven track record of product development experience
  • Passion for user experience, interaction design and information architecture.
  • Strong copywriting background and demonstrated writing portfolio.
  • Ability to create wireframes and interactive user interfaces from existing wireframes.
  • Ability to build working relationships across Creative and Technology/Development teams in a collaborative, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies to meet them.
  • Familiarity with existing bot technologies like, , IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework etc.
  • Comfortable working in agile and fast-paced environments.
