Manage all business functions affecting Financial Market Sales in the Americas (NY & Brazil). Aid the Regional Head of Sales in overseeing and providing support, insulation and resources to effectively improve Sales performance. Provide local management with the tools needed to effectively manage the FM Sales business.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Legal, Credit and CIB on behalf of Sales to ensure agreements are prioritized and executed for target clients Determine and submit regional budget & forecast suggestions on behalf of FM Sales Own & manage the revenue mapping & allocation process for all accounts and salespeople in the region Point of contact for all escalations related to Sales (revenue issues, client discrepancies, C&A statistics, etc) Own all Pipeline and Significant Deal entries and maintenance Represent Sales in technology planning and workflow engineering discussions Regional representative for all global initiatives affecting FM Sales (ie. Client surveys, Sales Portal development, client events, system enhancements, performance reviews) Create and analyze key metrics, reports and data to clearly illustrate client & salesperson performance for senior management and provide commentary where needed to add clarity to underlying trends and areas in need of focus Provide insight and feedback to project teams and support units on behalf of Sales interests (ie, Dodd Frank, Razor, etc) Provide cover and support for all Salespeople regarding scrutiny of ops losses, C&As, etc. Consolidate & manage the daily summary for all FM Sales regions to the Global Head of SalesQualifications and SkillsStrong analytical & quantitative skills are required. Clear oral and written communication in English is required. Knowledge of fixed income and credit products Knowledge of str Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently, as well as coordinate across a global team. Strong proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg is required. Knowledge of VBA is preferred. Experience with regulatory interaction and familiarity with regulatory rules pertaining to risk a plus Bachelor's degree required.
