The digital team seeks a candidate for a Digital Affiliate Marketing Lead position to manage the integrated marketing efforts between properties and Digital Affiliates for the consumer acquisition side of the business. This position will have several major functions. These functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide expertise and leadership in a cross functional team supporting multiple marketing teams, offer strategy, and marketing execution.

    • Meet with internal teams and affiliate partners to identify opportunities to create synergistic digital experiences on and affiliate partner websites.

    • Evaluate opportunities for simplification and streamlined digital messaging.

    • Partner with other Digital personnel within CMO and Operations organizations to create unified messaging and site merchandising strategies.

  • Develop web strategy for optimizing and simplifying digital marketing campaigns.
    • Evaluate ongoing offer cadence with the goal of creating and maintaining a simplified, streamlined approach to marketing page production and offer presentation.

    • Utilize existing platform capabilities including the content management system, offer database, and segmentation and personalization capabilities to create highly personalized digital experiences.

  • Responsible for the overall asset creation and management of all campaign related marketing landing pages and prominent pages on

    • Manage dynamic regional, segmentation-specific offer matrix as it relates to marketing tactics.

    • Integrate online/offline marketing messaging with the goal of creating a seamless transition from marketing tactics to landing pages.

    • Interface with design, IT and technical teams to implement new content and update existing content.

    • Provide creative direction as well as functional requirements for new landing pages.

    • Assist in landing page implementation, pre-production validation and post production testing.

  • Review traffic/sales performance indicators to best optimize owned experiences

    • Make ongoing adjustments through test cases and observation to improve page performance.

    • Monitor sales KPI’s through various reporting platforms.

The time split between these functions may vary depending on the needs of the business. A successful candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.


  • 5+ years Internet / Web experience

  • Experience working with a service provider (i.e. phone, cable, Internet, insurance, etc.)

  • Understanding or experience with content management systems (specifically Oracle CMS) and/or ATG

  • Working knowledge of web content best practices, including SEO, HTML and uploading content to a CMS in both a desktop and mobile environment

  • Exposure to online report builders such as HBX/Site Catalyst and ability to build and pull reports

  • Working knowledge of testing across different browsers and platforms (i.e. desktop, tablet, smartphone)

  • Availability to work on designated release weekends

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with short lead times and changing requirements.

  • Sense of urgency around deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize and know when to escalate issues

Additional Qualifications Desired:

  • Comfortable working with a team and prepared to use problem solving skills to work through solutions to problems

  • HTML coding experience

  • General understanding of agile testing methodologies
