Job Description (detailed description will be provided if interviewing with us)

Responsible for:
Hiring, managing and overseeing all sales teams including distributors
Creating and managing domestic and international sales and marketing budgets.
Work directly with marketing director on needs – from marketing to product development.
Create monthly internal sales reports- accurately track, update and evaluate sales performances, in a timely basis, insuring that sales projections are met.
Reviewing and approving all monthly commission reporting.
Work with legal, as needed, on all corporate contracts (from local reps, distributors, agents and corporate relationships).
Work with inventory specialist on all forecasts from finished goods to collateral.

Key Global Retailers
Directly manage all aspects of Global accounts (in-house and including business through international distributors).
Spearhead all sales, marketing, promotional, forecasting efforts and work in collaboration with Marketing/Graphics/Purchasing & Logistics teams through execution.
Analyze sales, growth and development opportunities on a monthly basis.
Ensure distributor/ account executive is visiting all stores and training in accordance with Sephora expectations.

Home Shopping - Collaborate with marketing to develop QVC sales and business development strategy.
Domestic, International and Amenities opportunities: Manage all major corporate relationships, ensure proper local coverage from reps to distributors to agents and create and execute global sales strategy to ensure existing account growth and new business development.
Trade Events: Identify trade event opportunities and attend company sponsored tradeshows to generate new business leads/opportunities.
Travel - Domestic & International travel on as needed basis. (15 – 30% depending on current business opportunities and needs)
