Description: A Marketing Team Leader with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for field support of local Marketing team and Marketing Management.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Team Leader, you would be responsible for field support of local Marketing team and Marketing Management.

Assist Management with the hiring, training and performance of new employees as well as coaching and shadowing existing Team Members which will enable peak performance.

Participate in scheduling of marketing desks and assist in performance management for attendance of team members following attendance guidelines.

Assist guests with complaints and service recovery issues.

Ensure marketing collateral and activators are up to date and are adequate in supply.

Directly responsible for the promotion of booking eligible tours and the sale of mini-vacation packages which includes working a marketing desk to ensure coverage during peak times.

Responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents HGVC in a professional manner.

Basic Qualifications

High School degree or equivalency. Vacation ownership (branded) experience is required. At least 1 year of IPC Marketing experience is required Must have proven track record of success in field Marketing. Self motivated and has the ability to handle multiple tasks Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate Marketing professionals. Excellent communication, guest relations and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends Professional, attentive and enthusiastic demeanor. Previous experience leading or managing team members preferred.
