Role models exceptional service behaviors through Gap Brand selling Ability to handle multiple customers in fast- paced environment Influence customer buying decisions through knowledge of quality, value and style Utilize selling tools including Gap Card, Reserve In Store and Find In Store Accountable to store and individual goals and results Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, upholds all Gap Inc. policies Contributes to a positive work environment for internal/external customer Maintains visual product standards including replenishment and sizing Excellent Selling Skills Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate Excellent time management skills Six months of customer service experience preferred Previous retail experience preferred Ability to safely lift and carry 30 lbs. Ability to maneuver around the store and stockroom Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends and hours that meet the needs to of the business
