General Job DescriptionWere seeking shopper marketing and social media professionals to join our team and immediately add value through the development of robust content marketing programs.Utilizing highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, our Sales Strategy Team drives cross-functional cooperation with internal teams and manage multiple complex projects that require excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and a drive for continuous learning.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as single point-of-contact for all program development activities through the program development life cycle by owning tasks and leveraging support teams.This includes but is not limited to the following:Collaborate with sales team partners on proposal development, presentations, selling into new business and assisting with up-selling existing clientsMaintain deep expertise and knowledge of all Collective Bias products & programsUnderstand how Collective Bias products will assist brands in reaching their marketing goalsProvide strategic insights to sales team partnersDiscuss Collective Bias program strategy with sales team partners and clients as neededDevelop thorough knowledge and understanding of all Collective Bias products and internal systems to respond to sales team/client requestsFocus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfactionMaintain and update proficiencies in the emerging media and content marketing spaceObtain research and case studies for sales presentations when neededUse Salesforce as a CRM tool including reporting and tracking of salesAssist with product development and pricing tool evolutionAssist with onboarding of new salespeopleJob QualificationsExperience:2+ years experience working in a professional environment, preferably in shopper marketing, media agency or related fieldEducation:Bachelors degree required in business, marketing or related disciplineOther:Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, specifically:ExcelPowerPointFamiliarity with Mac OSBaseline knowledge or previous experience with social mediaKey CompetenciesExcellent organizational skills; ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent writing skills, with high attention to detail and emphasis on accuracyStrong ability to research topics and synthesize information into concise recommendations and reportsStrong oral communication skills and ability to interact successfully and collaboratively with others.
