Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager and the entire project team. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain digital project files Maintain required project documentation Compile and maintain project directory, all logs; permit, drawing and specification, submittal, RFI and change order logs Followup with subcontractors regarding certificate of insurance Serve as a liaison between office and subcontractors Maintain jobsite by ordering office supplies and keeping in a clean, neat organized manner ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or other related fields Strong organization skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong time management skills Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Company Description Hudson Meridian Construction Group (HM) is a leading construction services firm offering a unique combination of construction expertise.
