Assist in daily administrative functions of the Facilities Department, including purchasing supplies, budget record-keeping, process invoices, monitor service and maintenance contracts, maintain department calendar, maintain office tenant lease spreadsheet and prepare new leases, filing, and other tasks as assigned. Strong familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and some accounting experience would be a plus.
